Abstract:
Los mayores índices de estigmatización, marginación y discriminación exponen a las personas transexuales al riesgo de consumir alcohol y a los daños asociados. Las mediciones del consumo nocivo de alcohol se diseñaron teniendo en cuenta a las personas cisgénero, y algunas se basan en límites basados en el sexo y el género.<br><br>Se desconoce la aplicabilidad de estas medidas a muestras de género diverso. El presente estudio tenía dos objetivos: identificar el lenguaje no inclusivo del género y los puntos de corte en las medidas del consumo nocivo de alcohol, y revisar sistemáticamente las investigaciones que informan de las propiedades psicométricas de estas medidas en personas transgénero.
