Abstract:
En este estudio se ha cuestionado a casi 1.400 personas de varios países de Europa para realizar un estudio demográfico, social y sanitario sobre estilos de vida saludable. Los autores han creado la siguiente tipología y sus resultados en la muestra elegida: buena salud y funcionamiento medio (38,40%), salud y funcionamiento medio (%30,84), obesidad y depresión (%20,24), salud y funcionamiento bajo (%10,51).
